ADEFID will be able to negotiate access to personal data or to accomplish the rectification, cancellation or to grant the opposition to their treatment as set out in Article 34 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals in the following assumptions:

a) When the applicant is not the owner of the personal data, or the legal representative is not properly credited for it.
b) When applicant details are not in ADEFID’s database.
c) When the rights of a third party are violated.
d) Where there is a legal impediment, or judgment of a competent authority which restricts access to personal data, do not allow rectification, cancellation or opposition thereof.
